Join the Team: Volunteer at the Williamson County Sheriff’s Posse Rodeo

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Posse Rodeo is more than a rodeo—it’s a community tradition made possible by dedicated volunteers. Each year, volunteers from across the county come together to help create an exciting, safe, and memorable event that celebrates western heritage and supports the mission of the Williamson County Sheriff’s Posse.

Volunteers are needed in a variety of roles, both in and out of the arena. From assisting with admissions, hospitality, parking, and concessions to helping behind the scenes with event coordination, there is a place for everyone to get involved. No rodeo experience is necessary—just a willingness to help, a positive attitude, and a desire to give back to the community.

Volunteering at the rodeo offers more than service hours. It’s a chance to be part of a close-knit team, meet new people, and experience the excitement of rodeo from a unique perspective. Volunteers work side by side with fellow community members, building friendships while contributing to a long-standing Texas tradition.

If you’re looking for a meaningful way to support your community, preserve western heritage, and be part of something special, we invite you to volunteer at the Williamson County Sheriff’s Posse Rodeo. Your time and dedication make a lasting impact and help ensure the continued success of this beloved event.

Get involved. Make a difference. Be part of the tradition.

The WCSP needs volunteers.  We are a member/volunteer based association.  We always have something that we could use your help with.
